Women development in Project Management. Is the name of “Citizenship” Organization new project. In cooperation with ARDI Organization in Idlib. The project targeted 12 women. And will need 3 months and may extend for an extra 4 months.
The project includes 12 trainings. The training focuses on project management, and project manager duties.ِ And aims to support women in the society, by building the capacity of twelve female trainers. Empowering them to take part in civil work inside organizations, and local councils.
