In collaboration with the “Shafak” organization in Idlib, Amani Ali had launched one of the first shows to take place in the region. The fair lasted for one week where locals came to the city and viewed 28 paintings by the artist portraying the suffering of the Syrian people.
The gallery was postponed for nearly four months due to the Covid-19 crisis. According to the artist, her aim from launching this fair is to highlight in an artistic eye-attracting way to Syria, since the global interest about Syria has declined.
Amani’s artistic paintings have been viewed over the past years in many European capitals. The artist hopes that these pictures draw the world’s attention to Syria and its just cause to freedom and justice.
